    Hello on June 3,2024 I brought my suburu 2016 to have a full synthetic oil change ***** full inspection package they did it i drove off then check engine lights came on and all the xm9de is blinking also eye sight ce on.i went back he hook** it to the defaults system came back and gave me a story that they where reset ** previously by previous owner. He gave me codes that where not correct. All of those components where all working fine before the oil chang**. I was treat** wrongly and I ne** to have this fix** due to the misconduct I now will not pass inspection pls resolve this matter I've alway brought my cats to your business.

    As stated in our last response. The dash lights that came on were due to a check engine light that was cleared from another shop. We showed the customer the scan that clearly stated it was an unrepaired history code and once she went thru a drive cycle that the light would come back on. Unfortunately the light came on after we performed an oil change. The codes were for traction control issues which aren't even closely related to oil change procedures, and had nothing to do with our service.
