    I bought a suv and warranty for it Ray is the owner of Choice Auto Center. My was bought in October. I found out he put September which is a lie. My cost $3500. I cancel my warranty from Dealer loyalty Protection in December 2024. Since I didn't hear from them. I called them. They told me that Ray received my money and papers January 24, 2025. February 18, 2025. I called and ask them why was the money send to him. They said that work as the claims. That Ray is the seller. Well Ray never contacted me. I called him twice. I emailed him about my money. He hanged up on me. He had a whole month to contact me. Now is trying to keep my money. I told him, that will report it stolen. I also let him know that I know he had my money since January 24, 2025.

    I am writing the response to the complain filed by Ms. ****** regarding the purchase and subsequent cancellation of extended warranty for her 2015 Audi Q7 dated September,26, 2024 from our dealership. 

    Firstly, I want to clarify that all transactions and actions taken by our company were in full compliance with the relevant policies and legal requirements.

    Normally, warranty cancellation has to go through the dealership and we are not aware of when Ms. ****** cancelled it directly with the warranty company. 

    However, Check by warranty companies  "ALWAYS" will be sent to the dealership and  is on us to submitted and be forwarded to the proper party which will be finance institution in this case as they are the side that financed 3 year 36,000 mile factory like warranty. There refund was processed and was sent to ******************, as per our contractual obligation. We could and would not grant ************** wish to refund her directly and she would not understand our legal obligation of doing so.

    Unfortunately, due to a personal injury and subsequent surgery, there was a slight delay of couple of weeks in finalizing the refund process. However, the refund was promptly submitted to *** by check dated February 13, 2025.

    We can provide all necessary documentation, including cancelled check to ***, to confirm that the full amount $3210.00 has been refunded/credited to the finance amount by ***.

    We believe this matter has been resolved in accordance with our policies and legal obligations. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and resolving any issue in a timely and professional manner.
