    Spent hard earned money here multiple time and was always friendly and gave me good rates. So, I went back recently and first issue was they put me in a room that had not been clean yet.. Leftover food in the fridge , dirty sheets, no towels in the bathroom, ect... I obviously brought it to the front desks attentions and they offered me a comparable room that had been cleaned, but me and my wife had already unpacked our luggage and the other room was upstairs and place doesnt have an elevator.. I get ***** involved and he even admitted to remembering me and how much money i have spent at his establishment. He denied and I told him again i didnt want the dirty room and for him to compensate me somehow for all the inconvenience. He refused again and then started to raise his voice and tell me I'm only looking for a free room which I not once mentioned I wanted not to pay for staying the night but if you could show good business and do anything at all. After raising his voice again he said he'd refund me the full amount. I said ok. great let me just tell my wife who was in the room sleeping that we were leaving. So, obviously it took a little time to get her up and repack all of our things. It didnt take longer than a half hour ,"acting owner ***** ***** had left the property. So, I went to the front desk to get my full refund that ***** said he'd give to me.. The employee at the front desk call ***** on the phone and told him to tell me it has been too long and he will no longer refund me the money. . I spent Over 6 hrs with booking .com , they tried calling the office of Orbits and they lied to them and said they werent going to refund anything..... Bottom line this place and ran by a bunch of crooks ... DO NOT STAY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT.Filed a report with the BBB and filed a couple of other complaints , All this could have *** avoided if he just kept his word about giving me my refund. Take care CROOOKSSSSS
