    May 9, 2924 Paid $3800 through Affirm Emailed and spoke to ***** and ***** asking to cancel the program and refund the money starting in June, I have emails and screen shots of the phone calls. I am in the middle of a serious family emergency and there is NO way I have the time for this or the concentration to do this course. My son in law has metastatic melanoma and the treatments are no longer working. I have to concentrate on my family and daughter and ********* now. I have been open and honest with ***** and ***** and the last thing ***** said was I can take the course after. After I will be helping my family cope and grieve, I cant think about anything else!!! Please please please help me get this refund.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  I sent this email and have not heard anything back from them. Another woman that is involved with Love Strategies is also trying to get a refund and she too is getting the run around. If this was a reputable company, they would have a refund policy and should understand when people have family emergencies that prevent them from attending this course.  BBB please help. My Affirm loan is now past due as I havent been able to pay for this especially since I am not using it. Thank you.

    ***** signed an agreement clearly stating that we cannot offer refunds for coaching programs due to the customized nature of the program. We have an agreement because we don't want to hide any terms or conditions. Coaches have met with her on zoom multiple times and she has completed 47% of the lessons, so there has definitely been use of the program. She tried to file a dispute with the financing company and even they rejected the claim as there was no basis for it. We have interacted back and forth many times, and have even offered her extensions on the program at no extra charge to work with her timeline. We are still happy to work with her if she is willing.

    Hello,

    I did NOT receive any one on one counseling from anyone at Love Strategies  I met with *****, who is not a counselor to go over how their program platform worked  I am willing to pay for my Little Love Steps that I completed, but cannot and should not have to pay for any one on one counseling!!  Also, I have provided a copy of the agreement and it does say I was to receive the customized counseling and again, did NOT  I never participated in the zoom calls as I did not have the time due to my ongoing family emergency  The 47% they are referring to is ONE part of the program called Little Love Steps
