    I purchased a Formlabs 3L printer for $13,000 for a particular R&D Project. I was unable to use the printer for the intended project because A) The first printer was dead on arrival (bad motherboard). B) The second printer was plagued by V1 resin tray problems. After wasting additional money on resin and trays, I ended up outsourcing my 3D printing at significant additional cost. My first complaint is that Formlabs knew about the resin tray issues, and should have informed me prior to purchase. My second complaint is that my after only a dozen prints, at a cost of more than a thousand dollars each, my printer won't turn ***** third complaint is that other than confirming that my printer is plugged into a working outlet, customer service has informed me they are unable to further troubleshoot or repair. They want me to speak with a sales agent about buying a new printer. It seems likely that I have a faulty power supply or motherboard (again), and it should be relatively straightforward to troubleshoot and replace these components. Either Formlabs is incapable of servicing their products, or they are unwilling, since it is more profitable to sell me a new machine. Neither is acceptable. My desired outcome is for Formlabs to troubleshoot/repair my $13,000 printer at a reasonable cost.

    I purchased a form 3 printer from Formlabs. After 3 prints I had a massive resin leak that leaked all over my table and floor. This resin leak is a safety hazard as it is hazardous material but also a fire risk since this wetted energized components. This product deficiency is not being covered by the manufacturer. This raises to question the *** hazardous and the ** certification criteria as this system with its known defect causes a safety issue to the environment and to users. The company has failed to replace or repair their product issues and has recommended that I purchase a new or refurbished unit. Terrible customer service and I would like to make sure the company is disciplined but also warn existing and potential future customers about their products and lack of support.

    I purchased a Form 3+ printer for 3D printing. The machine is not capable of doing what it is intended to do. I have had nothing but failed prints resulting in wasted time and a great deal of wasted materials at substantial cost.The company has sent 2 replacement machines and neither can perform any better.I simply want them to take the equipment back and provide a full refund and they refuse.The machines are still under warranty but they do not perform and are not capable.
