    The food arrived warm and I asked for a return label and they said no. They dont make it easy to cancel your membership

    Ive have had several items suddenly unavailable after my box was already processed without an option for substitution. I ordered early because its advertised on their website and the million emails they send out, that April 14th was the cutoff for getting your box delivered for Easter. After I had to email THEM asking where my order is, they are saying it will be delivered next week. That is such false advertising and very, very SHADY. If you cannot deliver on time, then you need to contact your customers. The ones keeping you in business. Now Im having to scramble to get the items that were promised to be delivered before Easter.

    This is definitely not the experience we'd want you to have! I checked our inbox and see that our Member Support Lead had jumped into your email correspondence and had fully refunded your April Wildgrain Box she also added a $15 discount on all of your future boxes. 

    Although these are unforeseen circumstances, we truly apologize of the inconvenience this has caused on your end - especially on this Holiday occasion where your plans have been affected.

    I ordered a box of 48 croissants a week or so ago. It's hard to tell because you get no confirmation of order. I then received 3 boxes of 48 croissants and was charged for 3 boxes of croissants. I only ordered 1 box of 48 but was charged and received 3 boxes of 48. I emailed ****************************** on 3/5 saying they charged me and sent me 3 boxes instead of 1 (overcharged me $228 dollars worth of croissants). They have no phone number to call and rarely reply to emails. 6 days later (today) they reply with 'oh i'm sorry, we will credit you $114. They didn't even read that they sent me 3 x my order and over charged me by 2/3, not 1/2. They owed me $228 dollars and the only way to contact them is to reply and wait another week for a potential reply. Also, in my first order, one of the bags had a big cut in it and some of the sourdough rolls were in the bottom of the box. I cancelled my subscription and will not be ordering with them again but I want my refund from getting sent 3x my order. Very frustrated with this company :(

    *** only had dealings with this business over the internet. I signed up for their service which is delivering bakery quality frozen bread/dough. They have changed their website so that customers can no longer cancel this service. Whenever I try to go into my account it signs me out, furthermore my card has been charged for orders ahead of schedule and there is no way to contact these crooks in their web page anymore.

    The transaction was made on 2/6 for a Wildgrain box. I noticed I had a pending charge on 2/7 for a wildgrain order of $119. I emailed the company immediately on 2/7 to cancel the order and refund any charge as at no time did I press reactivate my subscription or process an order. It is now en route to my sister who is vegan and will largely not be able to eat any of the non plant based items in the box. I have repeatedly checked my account and was assured to see that all of my subscriptions were inactive and I had no upcoming orders while I was awaiting a response from the company. Seeing the order was processed on Monday and still have received no response, I submitted another ticket. I finally received a response on 2/11 saying that the order was already sent to fulfillment and I would not be issued a refund because there are clear instructions on the site on how to cancel- I can assure you these are not clear.

    I have been a Wildgrain member for years, however they recently opened a distribution center in ** and every box I have received within the last six month has had an issue. My recent order was billed to my credit card on 6NOV24 and a *** shipping label was created on 10NOV24. As of today, 14NOV24, *** has not received the box for shipping. Wildgrain only ships Sun-Thursday so I will not receive the box this week which means I was charged for a purchase that has no expected ship date. Emails to the company provide the same canned response and the customer service center does not answer the phone nor return your call. The product is excellent but the operations is a complete disaster.

    I had a order processed and billed immediately from credit card for an order that listed as expected delivery 10/11-10/12. As soon as it was processed the delivery date changed to 10/15-10/16. I am out of town that time and contacted wild grain to cancel and refund order which they refused to do and basically state they cannot control ship or delivery date. I will need money back as this is perishable item that cannot sit unrefrigerated while I am out of town

    Wildgrain box is monthly box for $99 includes 6 products plus free croissants. They did not fulfill 3 out of six products purchased, which is 50% of the value of the box. They only credited $30 which represents 1/3 of the value of the box. Wildgrain also represents that they have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. I complained to customer service on 9/12/2024 and they did not offer any resolution in their response.

    I placed an order on February 6. Their website and the automatic email response advised I should expect a tracking number within 3 business days. I didnt. A week later, nothing. I had to send two emails. The excuse I got - which is identical in language to an answer to someone else a year ago- was unexpected increase in business. No information on shipping. They promised me confirmation after they checked. They didnt. I asked for a refund. No answer. This is disgraceful.

    We unfortunately, encountered inventory issues in our fulfillment center the week your box was placed which caused your box to be shipped on a later date. I'm so sorry about this! Our Operations team has been working hard to make sure that we are stocked up with inventory in the future.

    I placed my order and paid for it on January 28, ****. The company said it would ship in 1 to 3 days. I emailed the company to ask when I could expect to get my order. They claimed it was shipped and I should have received it yesterday or today but they did not give me a tracking number as I requested. When I look online it just says the order is confirmed. The only communication seems to be through e-mail, and they are pre-scripted responses. I canceled all future orders and requested that they give me a refund if my order has not yet shipped. I have not gotten a response from them. Its unfortunate that they make it so difficult for customers.

    I just looked up our inbox and couldn't find any message under this e-mail address used at check-out. Can you please confirm if you used a different e-mail address to message us so I can look it up? 

    I also checked your Wildgrain Box and see that your order was placed on 01/28/2024 it was shipped on 02/01/2024 and was delivered on 02/02/2024 at 5:27 PM. I've also attached a photo of proof of delivery. Can you please confirm if you've received your Wildgrain Box?

    Once a Wildgrain Box order is placed, our fulfillment centers typically ship within 1-3 business days. Just a heads up that our carriers don't deliver Wildgrain Boxes during weekends, so our fulfillment centers ship Sundays - Thursdays. If you place your order on a Friday or Saturday, please note it will ship that upcoming week. If you placed your order on a Thursday, it will also likely ship that upcoming week.

    We also experienced some shipping delays in the past week due to some inventory issues we had with our fulfillment centers which caused some boxes to ship out later than expected. We're working on the inventory of our items to avoid these delays in the future.
