    On April 2nd, I paid ********************* $750 via PayPlay (to ******************************** for the following services agreed upon in email from April 1st:- ****************** (updates, patches, etc)- Website Hosting and migration - Small Website Updates (content changes, tweaks, etc)- SEO Optimization - Content Creation (blog) - **** words per month - Rank Tracking - I'll keep track of all your websites keyword rankings in ****** daily, and have a report once a month showing a graph of your search results performance over the past month. - Split testing - This includes your main website and landing pages. Creating slight variations and testing them against each other. - Paid Ads - Sales Funnel Optimization - Seeing the process a prospect goes down from initial cold visit, to buying. Identifying what can be changed in this process to turn more leads into clients. - Landing Pages - Creating landing pages for ads specifically targeting the demographics we want so prospects only see what is going to make them want to signup/buy. ******************* Emails, emails, emails, Emails = Money Apart from a few very minor web edits (single lines of text regarding upcoming price changes), none of the services above were delivered. **************** strung me along initially with delays stating he was "off the grid" or having technical difficulties, and was largely non-communicative. He has ignored my attempts to resolve the issue, including requests by email and text for explanation, timeline for completion, etc. Furthermore, the platform where my site was supposedly being managed (*******************************) is gone and issues a warning that the site is not secure.On June 5th and 13th, I sent requests for a full refund through PayPal to **************** via the address we had been corresponding on: ********************* Another request was sent today to ********************************. I have received no payment or response.

    On July 6th, **************** said he had tried to initiate a refund in June, but that it did not work due to some action on my part in PayPal (?) and that he would re-initiate the refund.  He provided screenshots which were largely irrelevant (attached).  For example, one screenshot is from 2021 and relates to another transaction on PayPal with another customer.  Since that email, he has neither refunded me the money I paid him,nor replied to my follow up messages.
