    My Father passed recently. I bought the house and was in the middle of negotiations and hard time for me. On May 6, ***************************** from Frontline Masonry came to look at Chimney/front Steps. ****** was sympathetic t my issues and that of first time homebuyer and loss of my father and reassured me, asking me that I trust him, & came next day t0 start what took a week to finish. Not because project required such time.. he only had 2 ************* did not have proper staging & used 2 ladders (one mine) to reach across chimney.. IE: Work done with one hand. Chimney work was highly priced and steps are constantly appearing dirty. ****** was advised. Said "wait it out." I am handicapped. THE **** OF THE RAILINGS WERE REMOVED W/O PERMISSION/DISCUSSION,a 65 year old **** was cut literally in half w/o permission. HOUSE SIDING IS DAMAGED AND SMUDGED, W/A HOLE, AND RAILING IS TOO SHORT AND ATTACHED (FLUSH) TO CEMENT STEPS! SNOW CANNOT BE PASSED UNDER. CONTACTED ****** over 21 times, via text/phone/email. Asked for an itemized **** for steps/chimney to no avail. He told me steps "Prior to Covid, $3000" now charged $5800. Chimney was $15000.. what was it prior to Covid???? In speaking w/other contractors, he was way over the **** for work done. I was vulnerable, depressed, (passing of loved one) and emotionally distressed at the time. He appeared sincere and I trusted him. His website states 20% discount. Upon my asking he told me "that was Easter special." Why then is it still on his web page? His office advised I would have someone here this week (6-20-21 and or ****). No contact yet. Enough is enough. I am being taken advantage of and this has caused emotion distress I don't need after what I have been going through. Your help appreciated.

    [7-2-2022  I met with ****** Mccarthyvson of business owner  7-29-22.  He states hes not available until 7-26-2022 to come and fix isdyes. I want case to remain open with BBB as I do not trust him.   Thank you.

    I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #********. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.

    Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

    The above case has not been settled!   I repeat it HAS NOT not been settled! I need the BBB to change their status on that web page if it's indicates that it was settled in June of 22 it has not been. ***************************** from Frontline Masonry has fails to respond to my texts! He did make an appearance to my home after the complaint was filed with you. I had a witness here and he said he was coming back on the 26th or the 27th of July to do the work.  I gave him the entire month of July to come here. This has been ongoing with him since MAY and he has nor the office (spoke with his father and a ****) has returned my calls or responded to my texts. I need your help.   

     I am handicapped and ****** cut the legs of my front TWO railings without authorization. He also cut a tree without authorization. Being handicapped, I need my front railings to be in code and they are right now out of code. ****** after the complaint to the BBB told me he was going to come a week or two in advance remove the old railings take them to a welder that he knew and have the legs welded on. This has not happened and he was to have that done in time for when he was supposedly was going to remove the Limestone steps and replace them with the granite steps which is what he was supposed to do in the first place.

     I have been scammed! I have steps that I did not ask for which are limestone and not Granite!   I have a 2 front railings which had their legs sawed off without permission and the need...and a tree that is damaged without permission, and prooert damage to my house!  No word all this time from ******.

     I have moved my medical appointments to accommodate the possibility of his coming here on the **** and **** of July as he promised.  I cannot move them around any longer they are necessary and I have to work with people to accommodate me to get me to my appointments and I've done this in the hopes that he will appear on the **** and ****. Of July
