    AMOUNT OF MONEY: $499.80 BUSINESS PROVIDED: A ticket to see the concert (SEC2, Row D, Seat 29, USED) and the VIP experience (botched by ONE OF THEIR AGENTS)THE DISPUTE: My issue is in regards to the meet and greet with Falling in Reverse that was supposed to occur Monday, September 9th in ******, **. I arrived at the venue at 1525 and received my lanyard and wrist badge. I was told to wait in a line to await entrance to the venue. Apparently, this was the wrong line, but I did not know this because I dont work here and was doing as I was instructed. I was told a group was taken in at ***************************************************************************************************************** the correct line. I was in that line until just after 4 and when I entered and was subsequently told I missed the meet and greet. Ive had to fly in and rent a hotel just for this meet and greet and even though I was offered a t-shirt as compensation, thats not even close to being fair compensation. DID THE BUSINESS HELP: Initially, I received a response back from one person, ***, saying they will make this right. I heard nothing from them and send another email to the same address. The next person basically said oops sorry no can do the event has passed. Ive attempted to reach them many times since September 10th and have heard radio silence.WHAT I WANT: A partial refund of the ticket that was reserved for the meet and greet.
