    Purchased Condo 8/24. Spoke to President HOA Bridle Cross learn how to register on ********** informed her that I was addressing electric & plumbing issues for **************** renters will be in Oct. 1st. President let me know ****************** didn't like former owner, lots of violations. President deceptive about religious statue left by former owner. Found out 4-5 years ago, board approved statue removed from front yard to current location, not visible from road. NO COMPLAINTS FROM NEIGHBORS in the condo pad where statue was approved in back near property line. From my understanding the ***************** member have the issue, President took statue issue to board (also board member has an issue & voted) & agreed that statue can be moved to 2nd floor deck which is not safe or remove. Violation issued over a board approved statue 4-5 years ago. Note renters have not been in unit 30 days, #2 violation, contractor stocked & the contractor WAS ALREADY SCHEDLED TO PICK UP TRASH prior to violation. #3 violation, window broken for 4-5 years, given 48 hours to correct, again was on my list to correct prior to violation, window can't be repaired in 48 hours. Sent email asking for person that oversees President ***. Secretary, board member, explosive response & volatile, another board member not explosive but volatile. If you have a request for info. to report President, board members will avoid every request, respond saying your are Harassing them & will block you. *********** against former owner continues to new owner. The board approved the statue in current location, there should NOT be a violation, the board has an issue, the board should remove statue at their expense. Prior to issuing a violation, an email should be sent regarding issue, rather than retaliation against a former owner. There is no use in communicating with the board, there is no check & balance. I do expect more retaliation.

    My family and I have owned a unit managed by Hodan, and in the past 10 years, they have been the worst management weve had. Constantly blaming their clients and very rude and very knowledgeable. In the process of building management, one time, I ******* actually had to teach their plumber how to fix things and then they charge me for it. Now they are complaining about my tenant being an issue when there is a leak in the building into my unit dont have a higher. These guys were looking for another one or selling this unit. Please help because these guys a horrible. They never want to take blame for anything and when you call them for an emergency, they act as if like you were bothering them. - unhappy customer
