Do not use them as a broker if you are a landlord! They offer collecting the rent for you, and that is going horribly for me, the rent gets deposited in my account any day from the 6th to the 15th of the month, and they claim it's banks' processing (transfer) time, which cannot be true, it doesn't take that long to process a bank transfer! I am pretty sure they have overnight deposits where they collect interest on collected rent before they transfer them to ************'s very inconvenient and frustrating! DO NOT USE THEM AS A LANDLORD !!!!

DO NOT RENT. I was lied to so I would sign a lease. I was told by another broker that Splitspot/Guiker was losing the property. But was reassured they were not. I signed the lease and when I moved in the roommates said why did you move in we were told we had to vacate in 4 months after I signed a yr lease. They told me the ** took care of the utilities and 2 weeks upon moving in I got an email saying I had to vacate the property early and I had to turn the utilities into my name because they were terminating the gas and power. They moved me to a new property and charged me $1,800 more when I was told it wouldn't cost anything because of the early lease end. Then they changed there payment platform which was always stuck on the prior month so I couldn't pay and by the time it was fixed they charged me a late fee because of there broken platform. Now they do not give us a 24 hr notice before showing the the room they are renting. They are coming into rented rooms unannounced leaving doors wide open when they are only supposed to be showing the room that is for rent. There is 3 companies running one apartment and there is no communication between them. It's apology after apology but keep letting the same things happen. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM GUIKER and SPLITSPOT. You call for Splitspot and they say no this is Guiker. You call Guiker and are told no this is Splitspot. Worse renting experience of my life. I have been here for 10 months and have gone through way to many roommates because they can't keep any tenants. That's why they lost the first property I rented.
