      This morning I was on the Realtor app when I came across a rental property I was interested in. I emailed the property through the Realtor app. I then received an email from Rental Beast, notifying me that I was signed up for the platform and the email had my user name and password. I did not consent to sign up for their platform and consider this to be in violation of the ***** CFAA and FCT Act.

      I am a private landlord. I recently rented my home out to a tenant and subsequently removed the listing once I had a signed lease. However, RentalBeast has, without my consent or even contacting me, reposted my exact listing, pictures and all, on Redfin to deceive buyers into calling them even though the house is unavailable.

      My complaint is with RentalBeast. The house that I own ---****************************************************************************** ,is listed as for rent on *********** by Rental Beast without my permission .This house is no longer for rent, and I did not give permission for rentalbeast . so I would like it removed from the database. I am not sure if it is listed for rent on other websites as well, so please remove from all databases.

      My complaint is with RentalBeast. The house that I own is listed as for rent on ***********.       Today I was charged once AGAIN by this deceptive company. I was literally HOUNDED by their sales agent to sign up. I mean calls daily, demos, emails, you name it. But as soon as a problem arises crickets from everyone. I was under the impression that you renew if you want to continue the service, but that was clearly not the case. Back in March I received an unauthorized charged and spoke with billing who let me know they wouldnt refund me, but credit me for the next term then cancel my service. I was not happy but accepted. My partner wanted to try them, even though I warned of what happened to me she signed up. I was told since she signed up, Id receive credit for another term before my cancellation. **** guys it was a lie because today $189 was withdrawn from my account by **********************. Im sick to my stomach. I havent used their services since the refund request despite me having a credit. The information is dated on their platform. I had a realtor chew me out for calling about a rental they rented last year and it being active on rental beast. He said that must be a crappy platform youre using. This caused me to stop using it or accepting the fake leads with fake emails and phone numbers. I just want my money back and an actual cancellation. No credits, cancel my service. Im going inactive and need all of the funds I have right now. Rental beast, you have time to make this right.

      I'm renting my home on Zillow. A few days later, I received a call from Rental Beast. They said they can promote my property on their website, its free, but they didnt say how they do it. I think maybe just a link. Later I received email which included a rental beast account created by them. But I didnt use this account. After a few days later, I found my property is on the Redfin. I havent given their permission to put my property on the Redfin. They copy/paste some incomplete information from Zillow to there. It hurts my renting process. I sent them 2 email to ask them to remove those listing and delete my rental beast account. I am very shock there is such business in the ***. They dont lie to customer, but just dont give enough information to customer and set barrier for customer to correct it. For example, after I login to the rental beast account, cancelled my rent property which they create/copy from Zillow, but after one day, I still saw it in the Redfin. I tried to delete my rental beast account, but I have to send email to them and ask them to delete. After I sent email to them, I didnt get response. They can use my email ******************** to track my account. I need them to delete my property on all website they post on and delete my rental beast account.

      By pure accident I found out that Rental Beast got a hold of my Zillow listing for a rental property. I saw that Rental Beast has an 888 phone # with false information about our rental on various rental websites. I left a message on a voicemail asking for a call back. Surprisingly I received a call back from *********************** with Rental Beast a few days later. She said they get leads from ****** and re-post them. I told her I wanted all the listings removed and she agreed. I told her this listing was done without my permission. I also mentioned that they list the 888 # on the listing and she said they list the owner's phone # on the listings. I sent her the screen shots of my rental property pictures with their 888#. So far they have not removed any of the listings even though my Zillow listing has been removed.

      I received a call for rental beasts, sign up, and several things were not disclosed to me. I was told that I would receive renter leads and rental leads. However, *** only received renter leads whom have interest in listings that I am not legally able to speak on I was also charged full price for their services And I was told that I would be charged monthly, not quarterly. I reached out to Rental beast to inform them that I was that I am unsatisfied with their services, and I was connected to one particular gentleman who was very rude and interrupted me every time I spoke of a refund . Rental beast needs to do better with full disclosures, not misleading, theyre consumers, not charging consumers for services they are not providing, providing the consumers with correct and legal leads, better, customer, service, quality, and full disclosures of refunds. As agents we work hard for all of our business, and it is unfortunate and disrespectful that we pay for a lead generating service, and that service fails to perform. I have requested a full refund however, the company states that they cannot provide me a full refund.

      Thank you for reaching out. We're very sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your Rental Beast experience. I met with our Director of ****** Services and he's informed me that someone from the team has spoken with you regarding this concern. Our records show that a team member reached out to you on February 10; however, you weren't able to talk about the issue at hand and asked for a callback. On February 13, the team member called you again, leaving a voicemail and following up with an email. On February 21, you called back to request a cancelation and a refund for Rental Beast's services. During that call, you were directed to reach out to someone else on the team who could complete your refund request. That person never received a call from you. We don't ever want our customers to feel unheard and/or have a negative experience with Rental Beast so, in that spirit, we have refunded your membership.

      Rentalbeast has taken some pictures and some information of my listing and added some incorrect information and published a listing in realtor.I tried to call rentalbeast many times - ************ and the number listed on the listing- ************ to discuss about this, even though it tells to press 1, press 2 likewise up to 5, no matter what number you select it goes to the same voicemail. And no reply or contact even after a week.I am trying to publish my listing so I can find a tenant, because of this listing by rentalbeast I m loosing potential tenants. Its been a week now. They are not authorized to represent this property, nor is the property for rent. It's currently under contract for sale.
