    I worked with the accountant who I believe formed the company when he worked at ********* for a few years and when he went to work for this company I continued to use ****** *************************** our filing, and we had to pay additional tax to the ***, and now the state has also assessed additional tax for 2021. He was slow to respond, and the issue was never really addressed, we just had to pay the additional assessment.Then in 2023 he was clearly overwhelmed, the web site was not working for me, and he could not provide a means of getting me access again. I had to ****** him multiple times a day to get our taxes filed on time.This year the state notified us of the additional assessment on our 2021 taxes and I have called and emailed several times. One time he replied in text that he would contact me after 1PM that day and he still have not responded to me about a mistake in a tax filing he performed.
