    This company fulfills for **********. Ordered a bed from **********. Bed arrived earlier than expected. A leg of the bed frame was missing. Reached out to the customer support team provided on the pink paper that was provided in the packaging. Told them of the issue and requested expedited shipping if possible. Received an email back stating the missing piece was on it's way to *** on 5/19/2025 10:24am PST (1:24pm EST). Tracking number showed the package had not been scanned into the *** system until 5/20/2025 8:40pm EST. Meaning the email stating the part was already sent to the courier service was a lie. This review would not be a 1 star if it was not for the lie that set a certain expectation for the package to be shipped the same day. If the package was unable to be expedited and needed a couple of business days to ship, that would be fine as long as the truth was told, but a lie cannot be respected.

    Bought a bed from Amazon from this company back in November 2020 for $1500.00. Was for a guest room, didnt get used for the first time until a couple months later and we heard it crack the first time it was used. Then after being slept on 3 times it broke in several different places. Buy this time ( around July 2021) I reached out to Amazon and they wouldnt help me because it was more than 3 months. Reached out to the company through Amazon and never heard back. Still trying to get this resolved because it breaks in a new place every time its used and my husband has to screw it together or cut pieces of wood to mend it together.

    Still waiting on the rest of the parts for my bed and they respond to emails wherever they feel like. They are by far the worst

    Bed pieces came in broken Tried many times since Nov. 4th to get in touch. They keep hanging up. Just want the pieces replaced. Won't order from ********** anymore either. Not good customer service.
