I also highlighted the ones that were not corrected (or not completely corrected). Please see the pictures attached. Unfortunately, I am writing again, because some of the problems have gotten worse and ************. Here are the issues and what we expect to be done: Gate and shower hinges, latches and screws are rusting. The metal pull for the shower door latch has rusted out and fallen off. Expected: replace hinges, latches, and screws with stainless steel or galvanized zinc-coated. ********* storm door has leaked, bulged and rotted. It does not fit well and most of the screws were never installed. Expected: Replace door with a higher grade better fitting door and make sure it fits and that all screws are installed.The gate and shower doors are cheap and have no support bars on the back. They are warping. Expected: replace gate and shower doors with new stronger ones with support on the backside. Side storm door does not close or seal well. Expected: Correct issues or replace.The fence posts that were not cemented are starting to move and the fence from the side of the garage to the street is no longer straight. Expected: Cement all posts.I have to say I am really done. I have had a lot of work done over the years at our three homes and I have never seen such poor materials, workmanship or lack of caring for your customer. *** (if I remember his name correctly) did the best he could to correct some of the issues but was not able to correct them all. Please let me know when you will be able to do the rework/ replacement as needed. Please send *** or someone who knows what they are doing.
