    We are writing a review about our experiences with South Easton Motor Sales today because they have just completed servicing our Jeep Cherokee due to issues with the electronic brake module. We have purchased 5 cars from this Pre-Owned shop over many years, and have experienced great customer service each time. This time, the issue is one that is common to many Jeeps of our cars' age. In fact this part was previously replaced by the dealership, only to have problems occur again in six months. They evaluated the issue, deemed it was the same problem as before, and because of the warranty, they were able to have a new part replaced and installed, for just the cost of the labor. They further examined the car, and did additional sealant work around the area where the part is housed, to protect it. At each step of the process we were treated with respect, and appreciation for our business. The owner and staff were courteous and helpful throughout the process.
