    I Purchased 20 share in 2020, prior to them opening for business. I have not received any tax reports to include in my taxes, I no longer have access to the website, They hang up on my when I call. Included in the document are the shares certificate. Heidi Z**** picture, and info is also in the document. Their blog info and Facebook page included as well. I want my profit earned over the past 4 years. Valuation: $3,275,000

    The company responded in a timely manner to communications it received from the complainant. We sent an annual report to all investors, including the complainant at the email address she had given when purchasing her shares, in May 2023. The first email we received from her this year was March 25, 2024. We responded to that email on April 2, 2024. We received another email from her on April 9, from a different email address, stating that she was looking for information. We responded to that email, providing the previously provided information. We communicated with her on April 10, and she ended with an email stating "Thanks for the explanation. As we continue to grow, we plan to support the distro in any way we can.  So thanks and talk to you soon"

    We believe that our company did our best to respond to the communications we received. She states that she attempted to call, but it is unclear what telephone number she called. We have a telephone in our retail shop, which employees answer, and our executive staff publish our cell phone numbers to our business contacts. We did not receive any telephone calls. She stated that she emailed, but we have been unable to locate any emails prior to those we responded to. She admitted in our communications that we did communicate with her previously.

    We believe this complaint has been resolved to the satisfaction of the complainant.
