Decide very carefully when you choose to buy from here. I regrettably purchased a 2007 Nissan Murano in November 2022 with approx. 49K miles for $8000. They told me that the car had exhaust issues, but that they would be repairing it. They acted very kind during the purchase, but once I found out that the car had over $2000 worth of repairs, they gave me the hardest time. Like another review here, when I got them to fix something, they definitely fixed it, if not worse. At one point I got the Nissan back, and it was making new awful noises??? I sank over $1800 into that junk because it needed a new battery, the fusible cables on the battery melted, the calipers were horrid, the brakes were shaking, and I gave up when I was told that the wheel bearings were damaged. I had argued and fought with the owners of the dealership, and I had already tried to take it to the state of MAs Northampton department regarding the situation, and they could not help me. At this point the car sounded like rocks were in the wheels and there was no lubricant anywhere. The car would sound like a plane flying overhead. This dealership works with a terrible excuse of an auto repair center, and has a poor 3rd-party service contract company, named CARS, that gives you the run-around when you try to file a claim. Their online reviews are as poor as this review Im writing. The dealership is not so much a dealership than it is a shack in the middle of a parking lot. There is no on-site bathroom. They accept check or cash. There is no debit or credit system. Their cars are of the worst quality. They genuinely do not care. I traded the car in for far less than I paid after 6 months, this very May. I wouldnt recommend Payless Auto Sales to a single person, unless the goal was to ruin that persons life.

Payless auto salesI dont even know where to begin with this business. These people are scammers. I bought a 2008 ****** Legacy and in 2 months, I had a leak in a flex pipe that they just welded over instead of changing it so I had to pay to fix that, I had to change my oil filter, (Its supposed to be changed when the oil is changed which they said they did), there was a oil leak with the drain plug as well. There goes a total of $100 to change the flex pipe and $85 to fix an oil leak. Mind you, the car still had a rejection sticker from and air bag indicator light that they were taking 2 months to fix. The day I went to get my car inspected since they fixed the problem, the airbag light came on again. They sent me to lees auto were all did was clear the codes, (I didnt know thats all he did), he told me I should be all set and to get the car Inspected so I did and a week later the light turned on and that same day the car died on the middle of the highway. Timing belt was stripped, pump problem that was with the timing belt, and a dead engine. I went back to Payless auto to tell them I would like a refund or even just a new car for the same price I paid for the ****** and they had no remorse for the situation and pushed me away. Dont do business with these people. Ive spent $5,185 on a car to last me a little over 2 months.
