      My Vehicle was damaged in one of their car washes (***********) I filed a claim and was asked to bring my vehicle to an automotive shop of my choice. I brought it to my local Autobody shop, now 3 weeks later the only answer I have is its still under investigation. I called today and spoke with a ************************* who is self proclaimed head of claims after kindly requesting the video from inside the car wash he refused and started to get irritated. He started to stutter and elevate his voice, he refused to let me get a word in or even talk, I asked to speak with his manager, he then again refused my request, and stated hes the only one who deals with these type of things and no one was above him. I am a claims rep for the company I work for (4 years) I have settled and repaired over 150 claims in those 4 years. I have never spoken to one of my claimants in such a patronizing and condescending way. March 4 2024, claim was filed and today March 20 2024 there is still no answer. There was a ratchet strap that was tangled in the car washes bison wheel, That came free, smashed my rear window out, ripped the trim on my tailgate off and also pulled the trim on top of my bumper nearly off while damaging the sensors. Finally coming to rest in between the cab of the truck and the bed leaving a tremendous gauge and dent. This has left me, a valued customer who frequents there car wash (2-3 times a week) with no vehicle to drive and a bill upwards of $7000 dollars. Yes I can go to my insurance company with a. $5000 deductible and they can recoup the money but why should I have to come out of my pocket and have to wait, ultimately being a lender to their company. When their equipment was clearly at fault. There are 2 problems at hand, one being the damage to my truck. The second being how a company the size of Global Partners/ Global P/ All-town car washes treats their customers when they are the ones on the unfortunate side of a situation like this.****************************
