  Would like for the business to make contact, and make repairs to their work as they had promised.aColor-400 Opaque. text back to Boyle contractor all the info. He said his supplier could get this. Did not hear back from Boyle contractor in 3 1/2 weeks. Called back and he said his supplier was on a 2 week vacation. Called again 3 wks later left message no return call. the following week made another call they ansered, and I asked the person in the office for Boyle contractor to get back to me. Still no return call. Cold weather is here. Wait till spring to see if any change, called again on 5-4-23 office person answered and said she would leave him the message of issue. It is now 5-29-23 and still no return call. Had to remove excess concrete from area contractor was working in. This area had bare patches where grass did not grow this spring, and last fall I removed (3) 5 gallon buckets of stone left exposed after a rain. I was told the grass would look like they were never there when they finished.

  John called and left a message on ******************** voicemail. We have received no response from him.  We are very sorry about this matter and have tried to please him many times with no avail. The concrete is in very good quality and his only concerns to us were the trowel marks.  We are offering to remove the lower slab only and replace with new concrete. We are not responsible for any yard damage from this repair, as we have already done this once.

   

  We look forward  to resolving this matter.

  BBB spoke to the business, it was confirmed that John Boyle had spoken to the consumer a while back making them aware that they were extremely backed up with a very large project, and the consumer seemed to understand. John went out to the consumers home last Saturday to prep the area, he only conversed with the consumer briefly, and did not have the opportunity to discuss plans. It was indicated that at this time, the consumer has been scheduled for a pour of concrete within the next week.
