    We prepaid for a service - pump our septic tank last year August 2023 - and here we are 1 year later and he still hasnt provided our service that we paid for .. We have been in touch with him so many times and he keeps giving us dates he will come and do it - and then he is a no show ! - He is not disputing that we prepaid - at this time we have contacted another company to come and pump our tank in which we need to pay - we are just requesting our money back and now all calls are not being returned !

    Regarding this issue, many attempts had been made to provide this service due to the close proximity of their residence to our place of business. I have been by countless times to check for access to the yard only  to find numerous cars parked in front of the gate at all times of the day.  When first contacted to provide this service I was also asked to provide a riser for the tank cover to be extended closer to the surface in which I immediately provided materials and installation and said that I would return to follow up with pumping services. Granted conversations were had about getting said services completed unfortunately as a small business I dropped the ball while being busy with other things but had no intentions of not providing said services. I have apologized to customer and funds have been returned.
