I was not a fan of aesthetics of mini splits but Alan worked tirelessly with me to make sure I was satisfied with placement both inside and outside my home. Jamie guided us through the ******** program, making a complex process feel smooth and manageable. The installation team was top-notch the technicians arrived on time, were polite and respectful of our home, and did a fantastic job with the install. They took the time to walk us through how to use the new equipment and answered all of our questions patiently. 5 starsJamie, Alan, Uncle Dave and The MWMS team did a great job replacing my old home heating system. The conversion was complicated and required a high degree of expertise, know-how, flexibility and patience. They coordinated a simultaneous home electrical upgrade as well as guided me through and secured necessary ******** rebate money. They accommodated us and respected our daily home life during the comprehensive and intrusive, weeklong installation process most notably exemplified by their special attention to our three dogs. Mini Splits vs. more traditional HVAC systems require a learning curve but the advantages outweigh any short term operational adjustments. MWMS made our old antique colonial home more comfortable, efficient and valuable. I wholeheartedly recommend them.Review fromLinda M

Jamie and Allen did a great job with the installation of our new Mini- Split Heating/AC Unit. It was on time, professional and seamless. They answered all of our questions clearly and even removed our old heating unit from the wall. They also kindly sealed up the vent hole before they left for the day to keep the cold air from blowing in through the wall. The staff did all of the paperwork to process our generous rebate through ********, which I am happy to say we have already received. I cannot recommend them highly enough for the quality workmanship and professionalism their entire staff has demonstrated through this entire process. I recommend this company to anyone looking to install mini-splits. Everyone you deal with is so nice and happy to help. Very rare these days. The install crew was on time and cleaned up nicely.
