  Customer for many years. Always paid COD but recently they Prematurely charged debit card on file before delivery and they refused another form of payment. I didnt want To cancel order just wanted it to come from a different source. Owner seems to think that is a refund and against company policy but the definition of a refund is returning something I just wanted to change where are the funds were coming from. I even offered to pay any banking fees It may cost her, but she was adamant COMPANY POLICY of NO REFUNDS over and over again. What a poor business practice to lose a good customer rather than being a little flexible. Reading their reviews ( many more negatives than positives) , I was glad to see I was not alone in being disgruntled. Trying to keep the money in the community with a small local Company unfortunately didnt pay off for me in this circumstance. Oh well there are plenty of other oil companies that need steady paying customers???????

  This company is a joke as you can tell by the other 5 reviews all bad Overfilled my oil tank and did not show up to clean it up multiple times. I've taken them to small claims court and all they did was lie.I will be putting reviews of them everywhere I would highly recommend anyone who wants to put in a complaint against them also do it with the attorney general office go to *****************************************************

  I've been a customer of this company for quite some time my fuel gauge said half a tank so I ordered oil it was 87 gallons apparently my gauges off a little bit but a 275 gallon tank at half should still allow for 100 gallons of oil. The manager who I spoke with would not let me speak to anybody else and said there was no owner I could talk to about this I got 87 gallons of oil and was charged an extra $50 because it didn't register at 100 this is a problem. And I was told there was nobody I could speak to she was the manager and she was it nobody over her head

  I understand these are very trying times and everyone is one edge about rising oil prices. ********************** has been a customer of ********************** LLC since 12/06/21. During which time she has received 5 deliveries prior to the one in question. All 5 delivery tickets state there is a $50.00 charge if the delivery is under 100 gallons. In addition, my office staff mentions it when a customer orders 100 gallon delivery. On 11/02/22 the driver went to make the delivery and pre set the pump for 100 gallons as ********************** ordered. The pumps shut off automatically if the pressure in the tank becomes to high which signals the tank is full. This is to prevent over fills and split tanks. It works on the same principal as the pumps at a gas station. ********************** took **** gallons, thus triggering the under fee. Once she read her ticket and saw the $50.00 charge, she called our office to inquire why we charge her a $50.00 fee. As the office staff was trying to explain she got rude and threateni ng and ask to speek to the owner. I was out of the office on a service call and not available to speak with her. She was told I would call her when I returned to the office. Out of frustration she hung up on my employee and filed a complaint with the BBB that same afternoon. I am not aware of any Oil Companies that do not have a charge /service fee for deliveries under 100 gallons. It is not because we are gouging customers but we are trying to keep our doors open. Small businesses are beinh hit by inflation he same way the general public is. All of our expenses have gone up. My margine is the same when oil is $1.50 a gallon or $6.00 a gallon. I have worked with people I am willing to work with ********************** and credit her account the $50.00 charge that she can use on a delivery of 175 gallons or more.
