    I purchased equipment/supplies from them to be able to print ID Cards for a program I run to supply disabled combat veterans service dogs at no cost to the veteran. Since some establishments are not familiar with the provisions of the American with Disabilities Act-Service Dogs I want to be able to print an ID Card so the veteran can show (not required by law) that the dog has been trained and is allowed by law to enter the establishment. I have not been able to get the equipment to function following this companies enclosed and on line instructions. They have not answered any of my emails, phone messages and never answer a phone call. I only want the equipment and supplies to function as described on their website so I can assist these disabled veterans to function in everyday life with the challenges they have.

    This customer emailed us at 11pm last night, we responded first thing in the morning. They then sent another email at 1:30pm, saying we didn't reply to their original email. We responded to this email around 3pm, and our system has indicated to us that the customer has received and opened the message shortly thereafter. They also contacted us via text message and we have responded and interacted with the customer there. We're happy to help get things working, but looking over the emails from the customer it does sound like they may not be following the instructions we provided them with.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I have followed their instructions TO THE LETTER. I have contacted the printer manufacturer thinking maybe something was wrong with the equipment but after the Canon Printer tech did his checkout procedure he determined that the problem was with Brainstorm.

    I finally received a response from brainstorm this afternoon where they said for me to video my actions and they would look at it and maybe call me to talk me through their solution. 

    The brainstorm customer service is non existent.  I didnt purchase their product to sit and collect dust.

    I believe this has been resolved, the customer indicated via email that they were able to get the cards printing. We provide free software, and free support via email. This is a very small business, we unfortunately do not have the resources to provide detailed phone support for printing problems without charging additional for this. Our goal is to provide a solution that is cost effective for our customers, and providing telephone support would mean we would have to increase our prices significantly.
