    Great service, vehicle, and driver. Our driver is very professional, on time, and can carry on with a good conversation. Vehicle was an SUV which was clean and comfortable. David, our driver, is the owner and drove us from ************ to ******. Can't say enough about their services.

    The car they sent was old and not reliable for the trip. There were crumbs all over the seat. The car kept overheating and we had to drive from *** to northeastern ** with no AC and windows open on a day with temps >90. At one point we had to stop and idle at the side of the highway with smoke billowing out of the engine compartment to allow the car to cool off. The trip is normally 3 hours and took 5. Because the car was old there was no navigation and the driver balanced his phone on his lap to use navigation and traffic information. Phone calls he made were not hands free due to the age of the car also. There was no notification that payment expected was to be cash only and when I was dropped off I scraped together available cash and handed him the payment only to be told that he could let me charge it to my credit card after all if that would improve his tip. I would NOT recommend this company.
