    On May 10Th 2023 this inspection station damaged my dash pad on my 2007 GT500 show car by slicing the nose with a razor blade.I did not notice until I was detailing the car the next month for a car show. I went in person to speak with the owner or manager to see about compensation for the damage done. They avoided taking repeated calls and trips in person to resolve this issue. I finally received a response to the many emails sent out. He stated that he told the cashier to have me bring the car in which is a lie, she never came back to tell me that she stated that he wasn't there once again, besides this car was already in storage.I have a quote for $900 to repair at 75% of original.

     To Whom it may concern, this is Jeff S, manager at the Valvoline Express Care. I addressed this with ********************** with an email on October 3rd, 2023. I addressed the complaint he filed with the ******* ****** ** ********* *******. I've attached both of those documents. I haven't heard from the ****** ****** ** ********* ****** He came in today, May 2nd, 2024, with his Mustang to get an inspection sticker, and stated that he would scrape off the old inspection sticker and for us to leave the new sticker on the seat, he was informed that it was illegal, and the licensed inspector had to remove and apply the new sticker. He promptly took his registration and left and apparently went and filed this complaint. I find it very odd that he would even come here if as he says, " we damaged 2 of his vehicles" although he brought the second vehicle here after claiming we damaged his 1st vehicle. We do close to 1000 thousand inspections a month for over 20 years and have never had a complaint about damaging a vehicle. We stand by our stance that we did not damage any of his vehicles.

    Even though he claims he's done 1000s of inspections it only takes one mistake to show what type of business owner he truly is. He was and still is unwilling to accept responsibility for one of his employees error.
