II hired Practical Painting Services to paint all the main level trim in each room, including bedroom, 2 living rooms and the doors. Also asked to paint cabinets and trim in kitchen and part of ceiling in back entrance way. Also ceiling in front living room. In the bedroom upstairs I asked for the ceiling that had a crack to be fixed and painted. The outside work included the gargage and trim on the garage. Then I asked for the railing on the back staircase leading to the back entrance of the house be scraped and painted. After the job was so called complete, I asked Richard ****** to look at the job. He took the remaining $2500. and went on his way. Days later I noticed paint not covering the previous paint. I called him and he spent back the 2 men to correct painting problem. Then I noticed the dining room which was also painted that the tan color and cranberry did not meet up to the seam of the wall.. The men again came again to touch up their mistakes. After the 3rd or 4th time of coming back, I asked Richard to send someone else. He sent a person named Shannon who noticed 18 mistakes and said she would take care of this. On the second day, I left my home and she was to finish up. When I came back home, I called her name, she got startled and dropped the paint can on my black braided rug. She tried getting it out with cold water. She called Richard and he came over and said he would pay for it to be cleaned, but the paint did not come out. Richard did pay the cleaning of $189. When i called to say I still was not happy he stated that he was not buying me a new rug and he was done with me and hung up. In the conversation he said I was the one that scared the "****" out of *******. As far as I could see there was not drop cloth. There are still painting errors in my house. There should have never been paint spots on my hardwood floors. This paint job started in May, here it is November and this has been such a nightmare. I would like compensation for the rug and a picture that one of the workers dropped by not taking it off the wall. I do have pictures if necessary. I realize that Richard *****has tried to fix most of the errors. currently the rug is the problem and I assume he has insurance as he told me that he is insured. a

I was hired to do some work for *****. After the completion of the job, I received a call from ***** stating there were some areas that she would like me to look at. I met with ***** and agreed that there were some spots that needed touching up and I apologized for the misses. I sent my guys back to touch things up. I did not ask for final payment until ***** was completely satisfied with the work. She agreed that everything looked great and paid me the final payment. Months afterwards I continued to receive calls from ***** Each time I went back and took care of whatever she needed and at this point Im painting areas that had nothing to do with our original agreement, but I was doing whatever I could to make ***** happy as she stated that if the job was no done to her satisfaction and that I did not do everything she wanted, that she would file a complaint with the BBB. On the final day as my help was finishing, she thought that she was alone in the house not aware that ***** had come in. ***** snuck up on her from behind and yelled causing her to become startled and drop paint on the carpet. ***** had stated that there was no drop cloth, this was because we were finished and cleaning up. ******* was on her way to the basement to put the extra paint away. I did pay to have ****** carpet cleaned. I did everything I could possibly do for *****. I am sorry I was unable to satisfy her, I wish her the best.
