    I have a contract with *********************** which provides third party warranty work on HVAC and water heaters on your home. In the past three years we have had two issues with our heating system. Both times after notifying the customer service representative for *********************** we were given a contact number of Advanced Heating & Cooling Co. of Springfield. After calling their number which has no answering service I left a message. It has been now over 8 hours with no call back. The previous time same result. Its obvious that the owner of this company could care less if someone has a problem. I would suggest you look elsewhere if you need help. Personally I believe that they are as unprofessional as you can get. Do yourself a favor and call a legitimate company for any issues or contract work that you may need regarding installation or maintenance work. One star is higher than they deserve.
