    HDAir has excellent service and knowledgeable service techs. We have been using their service for many years. They are knowledgeable always on time and very sensitive to your needs and questions.     Mark F serviced my furnace yesterday; I was very impressed by his work and his ability to answer my questions! Ive been worried about my furnace and if it will be able for the winter! Mark was able to explain my options and allowed me to ask questions that I needed to understand! Mark understood that I needed lots of explanations, but I certainly learned more about my furnace!!! Mark also directed me to a person at Hurley and David who will help to understand options that might help me to make a better decision!!! Mark was a very helpful person!!! He is an excellent person and knows how to help the customer to know more than they ever knew before! Mark is a keeper!!!

    Andrew did an outstanding job. He was able to diagnose but not fix the problem. I had to call the gas company, but Andrew stayed in order to work with the technician from **********.
