Just had my whole system replaced(air-condition unit and heating unit) with HD.Instalation team provided excellent sevice: Team members worked and committed together. Team members worked in a quiet and friendly manner. Team members left no mess behind. Clean and neat. System is up and running with no problems. So nice to have air-condition after 3 weeks without it THANK YOU SO MUCH????Hurley & David

Gabriel came in, put covers on his shoes, introduced himself. I showed him downstairs and he not only fixed our unit, he showed us pictures to help us understand. Very personable and courteous! He made sure we knew what was going on! From my initial call and through the repairs, I felt important and my concerns were addressed and resolved! Wonderful customer service!Hurley & David

I had a wonderful experience with my AC maintenance provided by the HVAC technician Nathan W. He arrived on time, was very friendly and courteous. He discussed the process with which he would assess and provide the necessary interventions for my A/C to run efficiently. I have used Hurley and David for the past few years and I am very impressed with the services they offer for both my heating and air conditioning needs. I highly recommend this company.Hurley & David

I have been dealing with this company for three years now. I was told that I needed a new AC even though I told them I did not think it was the AC that was the issue. The problem was the the AC on the second floor could not keep up by the afternoon. Over $8000 later I have a new AC that does not keep up. I have called and they have come and basically said that everything is fine and the next time I call again and the same thing. This latest time the technician came and who knows what he did but the AC is not working at all. It have been over 90 degrees upstairs. I called...again and they said they have no one to help over the weekend. They sent multiple tests and emails saying they are coming on Monday. It is Monday. I called AGAIN! Now they are saying that no one is coming until WEDNESDAY! OH! I have also been asking to speak to a manager and so far no one has been available or able to call me back. Isn't that a surprise! This has been going on for THREE YEARS!!! I will never recommend these people to anyone.Hurley & David

I had an excellent experience first from both the air conditioner technician and *************************** the electrician from Hurley and David. They were prompt, very professional and knowledgeable. Prior to this I had agonized on who would solve my problem.The company and its employees are polite, kind and reassuring.
