They quoted us $15,000 to replace the unit in our condo because the current one is old and wasn't working.I called another company for a quote to compare and they fixed our current unit for about $700.00 within the same day, and actually recommended NOT replacing it at this time because even though it was old, it still works pretty well.

I have had great experiences with H&D. Mark my technician for my annual AC inspection - he was a wonderful person and technician. He was extremely conscientious and explained everything I needed to know about my system and was very happy with his position at HDHurley & David

I had the pleasure and privilege of having Nathan as my technician for my annual AC inspection - he was a wonderful person and technician. He was extremely conscientious and explained everything I needed to know about my system and was very happy with his position at HD - very upbeat, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. I hope HD is aware of just how valuable Nathan is to their organization. Good employees are the most valuable asset a Company have / thank you again and I look forward to seeing Nathan again in the fall.Hurley & David

Service was very good. The technician,*** was thorough, professional and explained everything he was going to do. My only complaint was the time I waited for my appointment which was scheduled between 8-12 but didnt happen until almost 1pm. A waste of 5 hours!!!!Hurley & David

HD air made several follow up calls to me do to dome work that was performed I let them no that I wasn't happy with the work and I didn't call them because I expected more bad work.several management team members called to let me know they want all customers to be satisfied. I was told that I would be getting a refund and someone would be coming out to my house to correct the problem A. Worker named nate arrived on Friday April 5th 2024 he checked the thermostat and discovered the problem the thermostat was under warranty he replaced it and explained everything to me steps my step he apologize for the problems that I had when the last worker tried to set it causing it to lockup. Nate was professional and appeared to have knowledge of the job. After the treatment I received I have a change of mind on the company. This is a company I can do business with and recommend to my family and friendsHurley & David

Mark F was our h d tech today and did an outstanding job. He was prompt, though, and very knowledgeable. Explained everything and went out of his way to make sure our boiler and hot water heater was fixed in a timely fashion.Hurley & David
