    Good morning, so on the night of march 9,2024 I got out of work at midnight and went on klarna to purchase an ac delco battery from autozone and picked the in store pick up option. On march 12, 2024 I went to the store to try and pick up the battery but the store manager stated they didnt have anything under my name. I showed my online receipt and for some reason it states that I did an in store purchase. *** tried calling the regional manager but she called me once and told me shell get back to me in a day and never did. If you know the klarna app it an online app where you can buy now and pay bi weekly online so theres no way I made an instore purchase using the app. All I want is my refund from this company but the management is terrible they cant even contact me back. Id greatly appreciate some help. In the picture you can see I purchased through klarna and autozone took the money.
