    This business has had my car for 2 months. There was a part fixed in my engine then the guy said he took my computer board and shipped it off. We asked him to look at the sunroof because it leaks. We have texted and tried to get in contact with this business every week. He ignores our messages and gives no resolution on when I will get the car back, or if he has fixed anything else. He did admit to putting my car on the back burner to fix other vehicles he deemed more important. I have NEVER had a service place keep my car beyond a week. The lack of communication is a huge problem. I work. I need my car. I am trying to start a 2nd job. Absolutely ridiculous!

    Good Afternoon,

    First, we would like to apologize for any inconveniences. I would like you to know that we recently purchased this business from ESP Auto Engineering. As we are looking into our and previous owner records, we are unable to find this client information. We were trying to obtain the customer information by First and Last name as well as address and phone number without result. If ****** would be able to provide more details such as Invoice number, make and model of the car or estimate time when performance was done, we would be able to research further. As new owners, I don't recall performing repair of the sunroof leak. We, as new owners are working hard to make the best experience for our clients. We always call the customer as soon as the car is fixed and they usually picking up their cars within two days of repair.
