Inaugural Home Improvement replaced my tub and tub surround. The surface work was very clean and attractive. However, the salesman said they would remit mold below the previous tub, and the tub installer said they don't remit mold. I had to remind my company contact of the salesmans promise, and they sent someone later to remit the mold. Here's the big problem I continue to have. Before the remodel, I could take a shower. Now, the water pressure to the shower starts, then stops immediately. The problem occurred immediately after the installation. The salesman said that they would replace all tub and shower plumbing, and the copper plumbing to the mixing valve was replaced with Pex tubing, red and blue. To be clear, before the installation I had water pressure to shower, and I had the water inlet set to 28 psi. This was pointed out to my company contact, also that, after the install, the water to the tub faucet ran after being turned off, a sign that the mixing valve needed to be replaced. He said it had been replaced, and would not fix it. At first, I took responsibility. I replaced my whole house water pressure limiter and raised the pressure to 60 psi. Still the water trickles to the shower, then immediately stops. I have no functioning shower. Inaugural Home Improvement refuses to complete the work, after sending someone to see my upgrade.

Wed like to address the concern regarding water pressure following your remodel.
Based on the information provided, its clear the pressure issue is affecting the entire home, not just the shower. This indicates a broader plumbing or supply issue unrelated to the work we performed within the shower area.
Its also important to note that modern plumbing components, including shower valves and fixtures, are designed to comply with current water conservation regulations. These systems are built to reduce gallons per minute in order to meet federal and state efficiency standards. As a result, newer systems may feel like they have lower pressure compared to older setups even when the PSI at the home is within a normal range.
The plumbing work we completed was installed to code and in alignment with these requirements. If your homes pressure remains low despite adjusting your regulator, we recommend consulting a licensed plumber to evaluate the system more broadly.

    Sincerely,
    The Inaugural Home Improvement Team
