    Good luck using this guy under any circumstances! He doesn't know how to do business, doesn't show up when he says he will, doesn't get back to you until he needs something, makes excuse after excuse, and is always asking for more money. His warranty is a joke. He made a mistake on my floor and then wanted me to pay for more materials to fix it. I am a contractor myself and if I even tried to run my business like this guy I would go out of business. He is big on promises and short on delivery. He seems like a nice guy but doesn't come through in the end. Good luck trying to get a finished product from this guy.

    SCAM ALERT! If there was a negative rating, this is 100% not worth even 10 negative stars! *********************, Image Floors, will make promises to do a great job, shake your hand, take your deposit, doing a less than sub-par job. Inspecting the job, the floor was very rough, cutting my hand on the jagged surface. He gave excuses, boasts about his 20 yrs experience and yet, his work was terrible, worse than a beginner! Good luck getting your end result, as promised! WE WERE SCAMMED! DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU! Follow up calls were not returned and go directly to voice-mail. We actually had to hire another epoxy flooring contractor to RE-DO THE ENTIRE JOB! ********************* asked for additional funds to finish the floor that was no where near completed correctly as contracted. What a mess! Additionally, he spilled product on our brand new driveway and lied about it, saying it was coffee... (2) months later, the large stain is very visible!
