I schedule an appointment with lashed by J Lo two weeks ago. My appointment was to be January 31 at 11 AM.. upon requesting or booking disappointment I was asked to sign a release form for a nonrefundable deposit or $50 and paid the remaining at the appointment. I left for my appointment and their early hours of January 31 arrived at 10:50 in the morning. My appointment was scheduled for 11 at 10:55. I exited my car and proceeded to go to the doors where the Salon was doors were locked place was dark, a car with tinted windows pulled right next to mine with a young lady inside on her phone I turned around, opened my pocketbook to get my cell phone to look at the number at the door for the Bussiness to call *** which is the business owner and the tech that was supposed to do my lashes the phone went without being an answered ranked eight times I then hung up and proceeded to go sit back in my car since its really cold out a woman exited the car next to mine with the phone in her hand, open the door and walked inside the salon, locking the door behind her! from my vehicle watching this I texted the owner *** if our appointment was still good since no one was there and he had five minutes left no answer texted her again to ask if that was her or her employee that just walked by me outside and did not acknowledge me no answer. At  11 I exited my car and went through the front doors at young lady Looked like she had just rolled out of bed with a lot of attitude didn’t greet me at all. I introduce myself and told her I had an appointment at 11 Ive been proceeded to ask her why she wouldnt acknowledge me calling her, since her phone was in her hand, which was really weird for a business to treat a customer that way , she proceeded to yell scream and made me feel very uncomfortable. I did not feel comfortable laying on the bed for two hours having a lash technician work in my eyes with the chance that she could blind me or glue, my eyelashes together at a spite, the situation only kept escalating when I kept telling her a simple Im sorry wouldve been sufficient she refused **** giving me attitude trying to intimidate me at her place of business rolling her eyes. Every chance she got being passive aggressive, calling me love telling me that she already had my money and she would not return it. under her website consent form is for if you miss an appointment if you cancel your appointment or if youre not happy with her service, you releases her of any duties or obligations , I showed up to my appointment on time having the Owner being distraught unable to have a conversation I proceeded to tell her I was not comfortable having my lashes done by her because of her mentally erratic behavior. I lost my time gas in my car to drive to this appointment this morning she did not comply to the form, which we are both binding by only by her fault. The appointment was not carried on. It is on her to be professional and make a safe work environment for customers coming in for such a delicate appointment. I should be returned my money since the service I requested was not offered to me, nor available at the time I went and fulfilled my part of the agreement I do have the whole interaction on video. The sign which I consent it to was in regards to the service after he was completed she was not able to follow through with the appointment because of her mental stability. Therefore, she canceled the appointment not me and I demand to be decompensated ..
