    I am outraged. I placed an order rather large order for myself and my 4 kids $55 order & all that was dropped off via doorfash was a small bag no drinks nothing i immediately asked the driver where was the rest and the drinks i can tell just by holding the bag there was no drinks and was super light the driver brushed me off repeating that thats all burger king gave her and she didnt even bother to acknowledge the fact that i kept assuring her the order was incorrect i decided to open the bag in front of the driver and saw all i got was two small bags inside a larger bag with one small burger and fries no toy no napkins nothing no drinks not my meal that i ordered with it just two small kids meals no toy incomplete and a bunch of cookies that i never ordered i contacted burger king via their email through their app since there is no customer service number and even calling the store itself no one helped they only said to go to the burger king because they didnt trust the doordash and never bothered to give me.my.food or money. 3 days waiting for someone to respond by email i was told.to provide a photo of the order for refund....as expected i was immediately denied the refund and was not only out of $55 and my burger king points but burger king kept the food as well. That was the most terrible and most unprofessional experience i have ever recieved from both burger king AND DOOR DASH combined. Im never ordering from that burger king ever again. The location was *****************************************. Ordered on May 1st was order number 35 6:25pm. Was an order for 3 kids meals, a baconking meal, vanilla shake, medium drpepper and medium sprite & i ordered an extra baconburger for my son through the burgerking app with some points i had order was $44 & some change but was rounded up to $55 by the time i checked out. The order was placed only for 2 small burgers to arrive two small french fries & 4 cookies..im furious bk provided no refund nor fixed the problem.

    Good afternoon,

    In reviewing your letter regarding ************************* visit to Burger King I was very disappointed with my teams, BKC, and ********. This should have been resolved in a more timely fashion. I have reached out to ******* through a phone call and left her a voicemail asking her to call me. I hope she responds so I can express how I understand why she is upset.

    When she gets back to me I will have a talk with her about her service and I am going to offer her my apologies for her poor experience and offer her a $80.00 gift card for her to use in any Burger king she would like.
