    Food brought later than expected and cold and nasty. The Dominos I ordered from clearly didnt care about the customer. Left the store wayyyyyyyyy later than was told they would. And the pizza was cold when brought to us. They stopped on places that Im positive was ordered after me. Completely ridiculous. Wont EVER order from you guys again and Im sure you wont give me my money.

    I contacted the customer, apologizing for the bad experience he had. I refunded the full amount he paid and will also mail him a gift certificate for a free dinner on us.

    On 12-26-2023@ 8:26pm, I ordered a pizza, bread bits, bacon tots, and a 2-liter of soda. It took over an hour to get to me and when it did the pizza was cold and looked bad. The bread bit was undercooked. So I sent it back to Dominoes with the delivery driver and told him to tell them I wanted a refund for my 34 dollars and 17 cents. I had called the store numerous times to cancel the order because it was taking so long and I knew when it would arrive it would be cold which it was. They never picked up the phone. Went the next day to Dominoes to get my refund. I was told because I sent a email to Dominoes customer service that I had to deal with them. Ive sent 5 emails to Dominoes customer service with no reply. Just a email stating they received my email. Ive not received my money back from Dominoes. Ive sent emails with my phone number so someone to call me to find out the status of my refund. I think they are trying to keep my money.

    I have yet to hear from Dominoes. They still have not given me my refund yet. Its been over a month and yet nothing. They rip me off for $34.14.

    Good afternoon,
    Because the transaction was over a month ago, we are unable to offer a credit card refund, so we contacted the customer, offering an apology and three options to receive her refund. 
    Here are the options:

    ?- Option 1: I can send you a check for $50.00 by mail, along with two gift certificates for a large pizza with three toppings of your choice and one gift certificate for an order of 16 Parmesan Bread Bites. This option may take a few days to reach you. If you prefer this option, please reply with your current mailing address.?

    - Option 2: I can arrange for someone to deliver $34.17 in cash to your location, along with the same gift certificates as option 1. This option may be possible tomorrow or Monday at the latest. If you prefer this option, please reply with your preferred delivery time and address.?

    - Option 3: You can visit the store where you made the purchase, and I will notify them in advance. They will give you a cash refund of $34.17 and prepare a complimentary dinner for you. If you prefer this option, please reply with the date and time of your visit and what you would like on the pizzas.

    She chose option one, so we issued her check number 5522 for $50.00 plus the gift certificates and mailed it to the address she provided, **********************, Springfield, ** 01104.

    I also attached the email conversation with the customer.

    Hi, *** accepted the offer from Dominoes owner for ***** dollar check, 2- certificates for 3 topping pizza and 16 piece Parm Bread Bites. Received them today(2-22-2024). The owner was very apologetic and immediately took action in giving me my refund. I thank you BBB without your help I wouldnt have been able to get in contact with the owner.
