I tried to order over the phone and told them I need the furnace primed. Was told I had to order online. I did and the website told me to call because I needed a prime. Oil was delivered but the driver did not know how to prime it for $59. He would send a tech for $129 to do something that takes 5 minutes. I dont live there so I had to drive 50 minutes to take care of it. Plus the price was the same as other places so no savings.

Unfortunately drivers are sometimes unable to prime a system and a visit from a licensed service technician is required. The $59 prime charge WAS refunded to the customer once driver was unable to prime system. We do ask for the office to be contacted for orders that require primes and/or emergency deliveries so they may be handled in a timely fashion.
