    This review is not about the workers. It's about the agency itself.I believe and I'm not sure that it's the same agency I had in 2021 after a serious operation or reconstruct my lower spine. Omg it was the most horrific situation after having the major operation that I've ever experienced.Now I'm using them again because there's a problem in the same area. A woman shows up at my house today had no idea she was coming. I call them speak to a supervisor never gets back to me that they never called me never told me anybody was coming and I felt bad for the young lady who was here to make her money and do her job.I just get a call The woman says that she spoke to me yesterday and set up this appointment. I have no record in my phone of a call coming in from that number since June 5th. If this woman says she spoke to me yesterday and booked an appointment for today and that never happened and I have proof it doesn't in my phone she deserves to be fired.The young lady is coming again tomorrow her company called her and asked her if she would do some more tomorrow cuz it's been a long time waiting for any help. That woman tells me that I am wrong! I don't have an appointment until June 20th I believe. I told her to call the worker.Whoever this woman was told me to stop yelling or she was going to terminate the call and I told her don't bother I'm doing it now. Now I'm waiting for a supervisor to call me back.
