    On 7/21/2024 was my sons bday. We had no clean laundry and we were planning on going out. I got up early and proceeded to the laundromax I always go to. I was having issues loading my money with their machine to add money to my laundry card. They said it was going them problems. I only had twenty dollars and was planning on doing one big load. I told the employee. She said to keep trying the machine has been giving problems. I put my money in again and the machine took it and then said my time had expired. It didn't give me my money back or load it to the card. I asked the employee for assistance to which she responded she wasn't a manager and couldn't do anything. I had individuals who had witnessed the machine take my money and explained that they had seen it happen. I asked to speak to the manager who told me nothing can be done and my only twenty dollars for laundry were gone. She told me I can go to another laundromax. I asked how that would help. She told me to stop talking over her. I said I wasn't n just needed to know how that would help. She then kicked me out of the store without returning my money. I asked for corporates number she refused to give it to me. I asked for an owner and she told me she was the owner. She once again told me to get out of her store. I left and posted a review on ****** after filing a complaint on ****** review. Corporate responded to my review and asked me to file a complain in their site. I did send a second complaint on their website. I have yet to hear from anyone. My 6 kids my significant other all had to wear the same dirty clothes on my sons bday.

    Give out 1 white sheet set with 4 pillow case 1 blue blanket and 1 blue bedspread on 29 June in morning, paid with credit card, arrangement was to pick up on Saturday July 1st, open a bag deliver to me, there was all color lint on blanket and bed spread ,told the attendant it's not mine, because lint was all over on both. Attendant, reply I have to speak to manager. Got a call July 3 from manager was not happy so i voice my opinion. she said she was going to see what she can do. Did not get any reply, stop at the laundry mart July 11 after talking about blanket and bed spread, the lady told me to go in dumpster and get it, if I want it. reported the matter to the police department.

    Customer came in with clothes and 2 blankets. We ask if he want the blanket washed separately from the clothes. He stated that they can be washed together. The order was done. When he picked it up he was upset about the blanket and said here you keep it it's not mine. I called the customer and stated that there was nothing I could do about the situation because no one switched his blanket. I even looked at the camera footage. I told him he can come and get his blanket and he said it's not his. I explained to him again that no one switch his blanket and that it was his he told me again that is wasn't his. That was the 3rd. He came to the store on the 11th and made a big fuss about his blanket and again I told him there was nothing I can do about it. So then he asked for the blanket I said sir I asked you twice to come pick it up and you told my staff to keep it it wasn't yours and told me twice it wasn't yours after 5 days clothes/blankets that are left go into the donation box. He was yelling and screaming and then he left. I never heard anything else from him. No officer ever came to my store to talk about this incident. I'm always willing to fix a situation within

    I am rejecting this response because: They are  all lying.  I did, went to the police station the same evening, they  gave me your contact first, if no satisfaction I should go to small claim court. I only give a set of white, sheet with 4pillow cases and 1 blue bedspread and 1 blue blanket, but they both have all the color lint you can think of. The person that collect from me, was a different person that deliver to me, and a different person I talk with.
