    2/17/24 $337.97 We had purchased a used ******* Dryer from Reys Appliances. Upon using it, it was loud and shaky. After a few uses the clothes started to smell burnt. Ultimately the dryer stopped working due to an electrical fire in the control panel. We called and they came to our apartment with another dryer of the same model and replaced it. We requested that they installed a strain relief connector. Immediately the dryer was extremely loud and shaky making it unusable. After 2 defective dryers at this point we would like a refund and to not have to deal with this business in trying to get it fixed. It is completely unacceptable to have a no refund policy at a used appliance place knowing that there more likely will be problems.

    March 5th 2024 purchase refrigerator. Good Transaction refrigerator was delivered and installed the following week.3/12/24. Immediately there was a problem with the ice maker and water system. March 15th repair person came unable to fix, said he would return with part on Monday. Didn't arrive no communication. Took time from work to be available. Said they'd be here on 3/21 with new sensor. Didn't arrive!! Again time taken from work Repair man came 3/22 Still not fixed. Several promises made to come. NOTHING! Still not working and no reply from Rey's

    8.16.2023: picked out a refrigerator, Brandon R employee at Rey's Appliances ******************************************************, provided me with an invoice $950 plus $50 delivery. 8.21.2023, Brandon R sent the invoice directly to ************************************ 9.5.2023, Reynaldo P, refused to sell the fridge because he said his wife wanted it. No sold sign, was on the fridge. Both Wanda and Brandon confirmed that the frig did not have a sign on it. So, Reynaldo agreed to sell the frig and asked Brandon to provide a new invoice. While on the phone with Kathryn T with ***, Brandon and she put together the invoice and Brandon sent it to her email address with full description, price and serial number/model. 9.6.2023, Kathryn reported that Rey's Appliance contacted her to inquire about payment. Kathryn reported that payments go out every Friday to vendors and that a commitment letter will come first to confirm payment is going to be made to Rey's Appliances. 9.11.2023, commitment letter was sent to all vendors including Rey's Appliance for payment. Friday, 9.15.2023, payment sent. 9.18.2023, Payment received. I went to schedule delivery, Rey's Appliance reported to my mom and I "I am the owner, and I did not sign any agreement." So because his wife wants the frig. Reynaldo refuses to deliver the frig and says, that he is giving it to his wife, but that he could give a different one, but that it is not the same as the one purchased already. Rey's says that it is not about the money, but still refuses to deliver. I filed a police report and reported this to ****** **, since they are the buyer, and I am the receiver. This is government funds and he will not deliver my frig and my kids need a frig. the apartment did not come with appliances
