    I have been in contact with Pam of Vanguard for about 9 months now. The remediation of the problem area in my home will be happening a bit later this summer, but I am more than inclined to leave a review now before they even start given my experience with them thus far. I called Pam initially because I appreciated the methods of mold removal that they list on their website. Clean removal of mold is of utmost importance to me given that I have a family with young children and prefer the least toxic options with anything when available. She was kind enough to come out on the same day I called (a Sunday!) to take a look at the situation and give me some advice on what to do. I followed her advice re: insurance, etc. and despite the length of time it has taken for me to get to this point, she has been a rock for me throughout the last several months. She has the highest level of professionalism, she is responsive, personable, and relatable - some things that I believe can be hard to come by when looking to hire someone in any area of home services. I very much look forward to closing this chapter of my life but honestly working with Pam/Vanguard has been a highlight of this challenging experience so far. 10/10 recommend Vanguard for all of your mold remediation needs!
