    My wife and I bought a brand new car. The salesman had to peel the plastic off it. The next day I went to see it. The car was beautiful went through the trunk looked at spare tire tool kit all placed in the foam holders found the TOW hook missing. So I asked the salesman why it was missing. The salesman said the parts department manager did not think I needed it. I thought I bought a new car not one that someone had gone through it and took parts out of the spare tire tool kit. Unbelievable someone could be that petty. Needless to say the next car I buy won't be from Balise mazda.
