    I don't like the fact when I pick my vehicle up 24 gr later mud all over my vehicle.

    Sorry for your disappointment.  Your vehicle was picked up ***** for your failure to meet you obligations to your finance company.  That day was a rainy day and the "mud" you experienced is from the vehicle being towed.  You also received 48 hours of free storage.  A $100 value.  These are the facts.

    I can never get mad at a repo company for coming out and doing their job. At the end of the day its my responsibility to pay car payment. Today the Recovery Zone came out to pick up my car. I lost a large part of my income and did not make an effort to contact my finance company. The woman who came was an absolute gem. She knocked at my door (I was at work and my boyfriend had my car), let my boyfriend know what was happening and asked to speak to me. She let me know that if I called my finance company and made the one time payment I needed to make today, she could drop the car. I called, made my payment and set up a payment arrangement. Not only did she have AMAZING patience with me and my trying to figure out how to get ahold of the finance company but she was very professional, offered some advice and was able to leave my car. Im a bad situation Im glad I was able to get it figured out.
