    A dryer here caught on fire burning my daughters clothes. The guy working, "Jay" said he would take both my daughters phone number and mine and the manager would contact us Monday (the following day). I waited until 3 pm. No one contacted me. I called there and Poala, the manager was disgustingly rude, unhelpful and dismissive. She told me "Jay" never gave her any numbers to follow up on and that he said there was a fire Sunday but it was my daughters fault and that I likely wont be reimbursed because she had something in the dryer that caused the fire. SHE HAD CLOTHES IN THE DRYERRR AND A SHEET!! I asked how she could have possibly caused the fire, she told me she will reach out to her DM and have them call me, I responded "like you did" she said what, I said like you did with the number she didn't have. She hung up on me. I tried to call back the said she left.
