    I bought a portable basketball hoop as a Christmas gift. The post were out of square and would not properly engage. After numerous phone calls, hours on hold and broken promises. I was told that I could get the replacement part in April (5 months later). I am shocked that a company of this magnitude are mishandling there customers. The manufacture instructions has verbiage to reflect that this is an issue and they have no protocol to properly rectify it. Very BAD BUSINESS in my opinion.

    I ordered the Beast 60 hoop. The base came with two holes in it, so it leaked, and the pole came with a crooked bracket for the crank. My husband put the whole thing together before we found this out. They are offering replacement parts, but I feel we should receive compensation or installation due to the fact that we have to take the hoop apart and rebuild it. They said they would not do that, so I asked to return the hoop for a full refund. They said they have a 30 day return policy from the date the hoop was ordered, even though the hoop was not delivered until two weeks after it was ordered. My damage claim was processed within six days of delivery (3 weeks after purchase), because thats how long it took to complete building the hoop and they are not willing to refund me. For such a large company, I am completely disappointed in the customer service.
