Several weeks ago, after the death of my 94-year-old father, I hired and PAID Youth on the Move (YOTM) to transport my 84-year-old wheelchair-bound mother from her nursing home to my father's funeral. After several follow-up calls which spoke to confirmation of the service (paid in full), **** never picked up my mother, never responded to multiple calls placed during the memorial, and never contacted us with any explanation. Two days after the funeral, they finally called. I spoke with ******************************* (who had taken my credit card info on two different occasions) and *********************** (the owner). Neither of them could provide a legitimate explanation for this gross breach of contract, and neither of them showed remorse nor offered any kind of apology. What YOTM did do was use my credit card information for thousands of dollars of unauthorized purchases, for which there is unequivocal proof. YOTM is currently under investigation for credit card fraud and identity theft. And while thankfully all of the fraudulent charges can be reversed, irreparable emotional damage was done to our family and friends, and my mother was never able to attend the funeral of her husband of 61 years. This "company" has zero ethics, zero empathy, and deserves zero future business. Their actions were reprehensible and criminal.(While YOTM deserves No Stars, there is no option for Zero Stars - so I have to put 1 Star in order to post the review)
