    The company was contracted to deliver my car (******) by driving it across the country. They delivered it early, before I was able to meet them. He asked for payment and then after the payment said they had broken the headlight during transport. They did not give me a bill of lading showing the damage until I asked several times. The owner has been absent and only has responded in short to a few emails. They have not provided the required documents to their insurance company (***** ********) and thus I cannot go through insurance, even though Key Transportation has admitted the damages directly to me. I fixed the car myself because I need it and it was collecting water in the broken headlight. Unfortunately ******s are quite expensive to repair. I hope this can force a resolution. I don't want to sue the company as it will take a lot of time and effort. I don't want to have to go through my insurance because then I will probably be out of my deductible and they might raise my rates.
