    We hired Bathfitter located at ***************************************************** to install a tub liner, which is guaranteed for life, but we have had nothing but problems since it has been put in. We were told that it is under warranty for life but every month, water was getting under the tub liner and when we call them, they would come out and drain it and charge us $200 on something that was warrantied for life. This last time, they told us to call a plumber because they thought it was a gasket. We hired a plumber and they gave me a report. It has nothing to do with a gasket. He took pictures and I also have pictures. Behind the wall there is an opening where you can see and there is no water. So they are just trying to not fix this issue. So much water pressure that is built up under the liner has caused a crack in the tub near the drain. I have called Bathfitter over 10 times to resolve the issue and they have not responded. I also have an invoice from *****************. Right now between the liner and tub is full of water so everytime you shower it is very wavy and dangerous. I am afraid someone is going to fall and get hurt. Please help us in any way that you can. This is an urgent matter. Bathfitter also states in its advertisement that it is guaranteed for life and no seams, which is a lie. Please help. I would also not recommend them to anyone, because of this situation. Thank you. My next action is court, but I am trying to resolve this with them. I really just want my tub fixed.

    This job was originally done in March of 2006. We have been back to property a minimum of 5 times to drain water from in between the existing tub and the liner. The ******* were told numerous times that the shower valve which we did not install as part of the job that we did in 06 needed to be replaced. I was there personally on 5/26/23 drained the water and showed ************** the cause of the problem and what had to be done to remedy the problem. From our last conversations the valve has still not been fixed. We are not going to keep going back to drain and resilicone if they won't take care of the problem valve. The lifetime warranty BathFitter offers is on the acrylic material against defects in the material which this is not. If they want to send me an invoice showing the valve has been replaced, I will send someone to take care of the water in between.
